This is a picture of an out house on the farm homestead in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.I loved the way the mountains were in the background.It was a very enjoyable time touring the homestead.We got to see chickens and pigs.It was a great opportunity for our grandson.He is 6 and had never been on a farm and had never seen chickens and pigs up close.
I am staying very active although it has been in the upper 80's.We don't have air conditioning in our house.I get most of my movement in either in the morning or evening.I managed to get in 5 miles of movement today by both walking and riding my stationary bike.
