Wanted to show another picture of the rapids.This one includes a speed boat.It is one of those boats that you pay to ride on.We have ridden on that type of boat twice.Once was in the Myrtle Beach area and the other time was on the New River here in West Virginia.
It was another hot day today.We had a high of 90 with the humidity high too.We had to travel to a town 100 miles east of us.It is in a valley at a lower elevation.The temperature was 98 when we were there around noon.
I got in some walking today plus rode my stationary bike this evening.
Thursday...7,924 steps...7.9 miles
