It was a hot and humid day today.The temperature went to at least 90 which means this will be our 9th lemondade day this summer season.
Thought this picture of our grandson in the pool while on vacation looked so refreshing.
Did some walking this evening after it cooled down some and rode my stationary bike later in the evening while watching some TV.
Sunday....6,816 steps...3.4 miles

It was in the 90's here also. Not as bad as last week but still hot.
Your grandson looks like he is cooling it. Our grandson loves to turn flips off the diving board and he swims around like a fish.
Looks like you got to moving around good Sunday. Keep up the good work. You have me to wanting one of them so I can get motivated to move more.
